Lisa’s practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law, including clearance, domestic and international prosecution, enforcement and litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including cosmetics, apparel, technology, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. Lisa’s clients have run the gamut from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Lisa has also represented clients in copyright, unfair competition and general commercial litigation cases.
Lisa earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.S. degree from The City College of New York. She is admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
